I am located in the Phoenix Metro area and handle all aspects of Residential Real Estate. I come from a family who has invested in Real Estate as far back as I can remember. Raised in Chicago IL. I began my Real Estate career in IL. After frequently visiting Arizona and before moving to Arizona I decided to invest in the Arizona Real Estate market. Best move I ever made. I did take a slight hit on value in 2006 for a short time but the income still made it a good investment. Today my properties are increasing and no longer in the RED. Real Estate gives me the opportunity to help people live their dreams and by owning my own properties it also gives me the knowledge to help my clients build their wealth. I love what I do, in today's market with REO's and Short Sales slowly going away it is exciting to see sellers being able to sell their homes with some profit. Currently Buyers are still taking advantage of the low interest rates and New Builds are increasing. Each and every time my clients achieve their goals and dreams it is rewarding journey.
