Arizona has a Federally funded program for homeowners who have hardships who would like to do a loan Modification. If a Loan Modification is not an option then they have a Short Sale Assistance program, which you can obtain up to $4,500 in transition assistance. Contact us for more information.
 
 
At the current time Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans are not participating in the loan modifications program , due to lack of funds. Those are the current two options in the AZ Save Our Home Program.

Makeing Home Affordable Program 
The Obama administration has come up with an additional program which will allow you to refinance your home. They have removed the loan to value limitations that has made it virtually impossible for Homeowners to get their homes refinanced.
